Built on the pillars of wellness, travel, style, lifestyle, and shopping, we offer an honest, accessible lens on modern womanhood. This year, we added maternal wellness to our coverage, starting with fertility nutrition and building toward pregnancy and the postpartum period as that coverage grows. We know women of every background, culture, and color share the same desire to live beautifully, thoughtfully, and well, and we built this space so every one of them feels seen, reflected, and invited in.
Through honest editorial storytelling, we act as both guide and companion. We champion the art of intentional living, spotlight the founders and creatives shaping culture, and celebrate the rituals that make a life feel worth savoring rather than staging. She's a certified nutrition and health coach and hosts Pose, a monthly wellness event in partnership with Portrait Coffee, with past collaborations including E+Rose and Lululemon. That same curiosity is now pulling her toward maternal wellness, where she's expanding her certification into fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum nutrition. She lives in Atlanta with her husband and their dog.
